Avery Morgan and Ashlee Paulsen!

We are continuing to award two scholarships to seniors in Frisco, Tx. We are so proud of these young ladies and look forward to seeing what they will do in the future.

My name is Avery Morgan from Frisco, Texas. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis when I was 8 years old. I attend Wakeland High School, where I’m actively involved in Yearbook, National Honor Society, and the PALs program. In the fall, I plan to major in Criminal Psychology at the University of Alabama.

When I am not at school, I enjoy going to concerts, playing guitar, and spending time with my family, friends, and my dog.

Hi, my name is Ashlee Paulsen, and I'm currently a senior at Heritage High School. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in December of 2023. This fall, I'll be attending college at Brigham Young University in Provo, UT to pursue my love for graphic design. When I'm not drawing on my iPad, you can find me playing the violin, building Legos, obsessing over amusement parks, or spending time with my friends and family. I'm excited to continue exploring my passion for graphic design and hope to find ways to help others communicate more effectively through my designs. I can’t wait for what the future holds!
